Shot in Mandalay
Two indivduals were reportedly shot - a husband and wife - while riding a motorbike near the Grand Mandalay Hospital in Mandalay. There appears to be no reported motive for this shooting which was allegedly carried out by the military. This is yet another example of the senseless acts which are carried out by military officials.
