On 10 and 11 January 2023, media reported a series of SAC airstrikes which hit a strategically important CNF base near the Indian border. Although a military base, Camp Victoria is known to host and provide services to civilians. Myanmar Witness has geolocated footage of the aftermath of the attack and matched it to satellite imagery, showing extensive damage to structures and roads in the area.
