Myanmar Air Force reportedly carried out an airstrike on Hku Wein village, Hseni Township, Shan State on 2 November 2023.

Some houses were damaged due to the airstrike.

Local media reported that nearly 9,000 internally displaced persons sought refuge in 14 monasteries in Hseni Township for 10 days beginning on 27 October.
