Church, school and several civilian houses were damaged during clashes in Thandaunggyi township

A Catholic church and six civilian houses, including a school, were reportedly damaged by the Myanmar Military’s heavy weapons during fighting near Maing Lun village, in Thandaunggyi township (Kayin state).

One person was allegedly killed and five others were injured.
